This is a bit of a change up from my usual cold oatcake. Sometimes some warm oats sound good and this came out like a cake! Not dry, doesn’t deflate, and no flour(for those gluten intolerant humans)!
- 1/2 cup oats
- 2 T greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup egg whites
- 1/2 scoop protein powder
- A little milk to thicken, not too runny
- Sweetener of choice
Mix together everything in a medium sized bowl. Microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds. Plop onto a plate or eat out of the bowl and top with the good stuff.
This is a half eaten one… Whoops. But it was amazing. I used Pescience snickerdoodle whey and topped it with almond butter!
