🔹1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder(I used Lean Body For Her Whey)
🔸2 T coconut flour
🔹1/2 cup creamy almond butter(I love the brand Barney Butter)
🔸4 T coconut oil
🔹2 T agave, maple syrup, or honey
🔸3 T chocolate chips for melting
In a medium bowl, stir together protein powder and coconut flour.
In a saucepan on medium-low heat, melt almond butter, coconut oil, and agave until mixture is smooth. Don’t overheat! Pour mixture in the dry ingredients and stir until full combined.
Like a medium tupperware with parchment paper and pour mixture into it. Spread around with a spatula until evenly distributed.
Microwave your chocolate chips in a bowl in 30 second intervals, stirring in between. About 1:15 mins.
Drizzle chocolate over mixture and freeze for 30 minutes. Remove from freezer and break apart into pieces. It’s best to keep this in the freezer and take out 5 minutes before eating. I love feedback from you guys and would love to hear your thoughts when trying these recipes☺️
