Choco-nana Greek Yogurt Muffins

 

I really was craving something sweet but not over the top. Luckily, I noticed we had some ripe bananas to make these delicious muffins!

Ingredients:
🍌2 cups rolled or quick oats
🍌2 ripe bananas
🍌2 eggs
🍌1 cup plain greek yogurt
🍌1 T baking stevia 
🍌1 1/2 tsp baking powder
🍌1/2 tsp baking soda
🍌1/2 tsp cinnamon 
🍌About 1/4 cup mini chips 
🍌Love

Preheat oven to 400 F

Put all ingredients except chocolate chips in a food processor (blender is fine too but it’s just harder to scoop out) and blend until creamy and smooth.

Mix in chocolate morsels🍫
  
Pour batter into 12 really well sprayed muffin tins and sprinkle a few more chocolate chips on top.

 
Bake for 15-20 minutes until toothpick comes out clean. Allow muffins to cool for at least 10 minutes. These can last for up to a week in an air tight container in the fridge😊
