Creamy Chicken Vegetable Pasta

 Sometimes, all you have to do is go in the kitchen, and start experimenting to come up with some pretty delicious creations…. Which is exactly what I did with this pasta.

This recipe only serves one so if you want to make for two, just double it☺️

What I used:
🍅About 1-1.5 cups brown rice pasta
🍅Shredded chicken breast
🍅Cherry tomatoes
🍅Asparagus
🍅Fresh spinach
🍅Olive oil
🍅Minced garlic 
🍅Nutritional yeast
🍅Greek yogurt
🍅Parmesan cheese

First, boil your pasta and set aside.
Then, chop up your vegetables and sauté with olive oil and minced garlic. I also tossed the shredded chicken with Mrs. Dash seasonings and garlic powder for more flavor! 

To make the “creamy sauce”, mix 2-3 tsp nutritional yeast with about 2-3 Tbsp greek yogurt and set aside.

In a bowl, combine all your prepared components together and cover with parmesan cheese! 👌

I really was surprised how yummy as cheesy the sauce turned out and will definitely be making it again! I would love to hear if you try it!
