Peanut Butter Jelly OatsπŸ―πŸ“

Let’s face it, there is never a bad time for a peanut butter jelly. At least not in my house. πŸ™…

I grew up always preferring a 90% peanut butter to 10% jelly. I am an addict 😝❀️ So I decided to combine my true love for peanut butter and with my love of oats for a delicious mouthwatering bowl of goodness. 

What you’ll need:
🍯2/3 cup oats
πŸ“1/2 cup almond or cashew milk
🍯1/2 cup water
Microwave that for 1:30 mins. Then stir and nuke another minute. 
Then add:
πŸ“3 T egg whites and some cinnamon.
Stir and microwave about 30-40 seconds. ***Then add 1/2 scoop Pescience snickerdoodle whey (or any of your favorite protein powder)
***Can omit if you prefer plain oats***
Topping:
Place raspberries in a small bowl and microwave about 30-40 seconds. Mash to make a “jelly”. Top oats and swirl with peanut butter and you got yourself heaven in a bowl. Thank me later😘

  1. Ohh! I love PB and J oats! I love your version where you make it will actual fruit, not jelly. Where do you buy the Pescience snickerdoodle whey protein powder? That combination of snickerdoodle and PB and J sounds heavenly!
