Chia Pudding



Ever wanted a healthy on-the-go breakfast and didn’t want to stop at some fast food restaurant? Happens sometimes, right? That’s why I love chia pudding! 
Chia seeds are loaded with nutrients that can have important benefits for your body and brain. Not only does it provide you with a lot of fiber, they have some protein, omega-3 fatty acids along with many nutrients and antioxidants that make it a “superfood”.

The cool thing these little seeds do is EXPAND when you combine them with liquid. They GROW! 

This is a super easy recipe to prepare the night before to have breakfast ready to go by morning. 

•3 T chia seeds
•1/2 cup greek yogurt
•1/2 cup almond or cashew milk
•1/2 tsp cinnamon 
•2 pkts sweetener (I use stevia)
•Fruit of choice and additional toppings 

Combine the greek yogurt with the milk and mix well. Then add chia seeds, cinnamon, and sweetener and stir. Put in a mason jar or container and refrigerate overnight. It may look really soupy but it’s supposed to be, they do their magic while you sleep☺️

In the morning, add layers of fruit and enjoy! I personally loved the sweet crunch of granola on top, it just perfected it 👌
