Spinach Lasagna 

Nothing tastes better than a home made meal. Yeah, you could opt for the frozen meals and fast food meals but what are you missing from that? Love and quality. Exactly the two things packed in this lasagna along with all da cheese❤️

 
This is a pretty simply recipe! These are some of the items I used for it

Ingredients you’ll need:
🔸9 lasagna noodles (oven ready)
🔸2 beaten large eggs 
🔸16 oz (2 cups cottage cheese)
🔸3-4 cups mozzarella cheese
🔸1/4 cup parmesan cheese
🔸1 24 oz jar of your favorite marinara sauce
🔸1 pkg frozen chopped spinach (thawed and separated)
🔸Optional Italian seasoning and garlic
 
Preheat oven to 350 F.
 
In a large bowl, combine eggs, cottage cheese, 2 cups mozzarella, parmesan, spinach, and seasonings.

Spread 1 cup sauce in a 13X9 inch baking pan and place 3 lasagna noodles.
 

Then add half the cottage cheese mixture on the noodles. Repeat with second layer and top with last set of noodles. Top the last layer with remaining sauce and as much cheese as your heart desires… In other words, don’t skimp, the heart wants what it wants ❤️

Bake 45 minutes and let stand 5-10 minutes before serving.
