•Preheat oven to 350 F
•Cut squash in half lengthwise and core out the seeds and fibers. Then place on baking sheet and bake for an hour so that squash is soft and tender.
•Remove from oven and with a fork, scrap the sides of the squash so you get a spaghetti-like strands.
•In a bowl, scoop in half the squash strands and mix in a Laughing Cow Swiss wedge🐮 (or any flavor you prefer) and garlic powder.
•Microwave for about 30 seconds so the cheese melts and mixes and there you have it!
•If you are like me and really love cheese, sprinkle some parmesan cheese on top 😉
