Snickerdoodle Protein Pancakes

2015/01/img_5415.jpg Why have one stack when you can have two? I assure you I ate all of this and felt amazing! And it’s full of protein to start your day off strong 💪

•1/2 cup oat flour
•2 T coconut flour
•1 scoop Pescience Snickerdoodle whey
•1/2 tsp baking powder

•1/2 c almond or cashew milk
•1/3 cup liquid egg whites
•1/3 tsp cinnamon
•Splash of vanilla extract

I was extremely happy to have gotten a pancake griddle to make these babies up! Lemme just say…. WORTH IT! Layered with banana slices and topped with greek yogurt and cinnamon chips! All about that balance 👌
