Basic Waffle Recipe

•1/2 cup Kodiak Powercakes mix
•2 T  chocolate protein powder (any flavor is fine)
Stir together, the add:
•1/3 cup almond milk
•1/3 cup egg whites
•1 T greek yogurt
Remember to spray your waffle iron really really well! I made 1 1/2 waffles with this recipe. I topped it with Cocoa Coconut Barney Butter, coconut, and banana.

TIP: if you microwave it all after you add the toppings, the banana gets warm and really soft and the chocolate gets all melty 🍫😍
