Best Banana Protein Smoothie


This smoothie will blow your mind! I see many people not using the ingredients for smoothies that make it thick and creamy and just kills me! If you want a smoothie that is creamy, satisfying and full of flavor, try this one!

  • 1 scoop leanbodyforher whey
  • 1/2-3/4 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 FROZEN banana (seems to make smoothie extra cold and creamy)
  • Crushed ice for more volume
  • Optional:
  • 1/2 c pumpkin (makes a pumpkin pie smoothie!), 1 T nut butter, 2 T PB2, Cocoa powder, cinnamon, handful of spinach or berries, etc

Pulse all ingredients or blend in medium depending on how thick or thin you desire. Place in freezer an additional 15 minutes for a colder treat! 😉
