Berry-licious Baked Oatmeal

First combine:

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup water

Microwave for 1 1/2 minutes and then add:

  • 1/2 c almond milk
  • 1 T coconut flour
  • 3 T egg whites
  • cinnamon and sweetener to taste
  • handful of berries

Mix really well together and transfer to a well sprayed deep ramekin (batter should be liquidy)

Bake at 375 for 30 minutes!
