Slice sweet potato into 1/2 inch thick slices.
Rub cinnamon on both sides of the slices.
Bake on foil at 400 F for 10 minutes, flip, and bake another 10 minutes.
For crispier chips, set oven/toaster oven to broil for the last 5 minutes.
